IPNG land

The development of Industrijski park Nova Gradiška is divided into two phases. The first phase covers 82 ha designated for commercial use under the spatial development plan, of which 27 ha is available for investment. The second phase covers a further 44 ha.

PHASE I

Total land area: 82 ha
Land use: Commercial activities (per the spatial development plan)
Available land area: 27 ha
Owner of the available land: City of Nova Gradiška
Infrastructure: The land is for the most part equipped with complete infrastructure (access road, water supply and drainage, gas and electricity at the plot boundary).

PHASE II

Total land area: 44 ha
Land owner: City of Nova Gradiška
