    Drafting of contract notices, technical specifications, bills of quantities and selection criteria.

  • Advice to contracting authorities

    Support throughout the entire procedure — from the procurement plan to the award decision and the contract.

  • Advice to tenderers

    Preparation of tenders and verification of compliance with the conditions set out in the documentation.

  • Monitoring of legislation

    Regular monitoring of amendments to the Public Procurement Act and implementing regulations, and informing contracting authorities.
